May 27, 2020 Meeting of QARAC Committee for the OIG

The City of New Orleans Quality Assurance Review Advisory Committee for the Office of the Inspector General (“QARAC OIG”) will conduct its annual meeting to discuss its 2020 annual report. The report evaluates the work performed by the OIG in 2019.

ERB 2019 Awards Luncheon

On December 12, 2019, the City of New Orleans Ethics Review Board (“ERB”) hosted its first annual awards luncheon. The ERB was pleased to present Ethics Liaison Awards to the following worthy recipients:

The luncheon was held at the New Orleans Hyatt Regency hotel. The ERB was honored to have as its keynote speaker Judy S. Nadler. Ms. Nadler is the former Santa Clara mayor. She created “Ethics and the Public’s Business” a program for newly elected officials, and the “Public Sector Roundtable,” a quarterly meeting convening mayors, council members, city managers, ethics commissioners and others to discuss timely topics related to government ethics.
